Highlights

Sprawling over 5000sq.km, the Little rann of kutch seems inaccurately named. This salty desert is home to the endemic Asiatic Wild Ass and many more desert species such as the desert fox, jungle cat, jackal and hundreds of migratory birds that flock to the area in winters. Safaris in these marshes are a highly fulfilling experience for any wildlife enthusiast.

Itinerary

1 Day 1: Departure from Pune.

Departure from Pune by 12298/Pune - Ahmedabad AC Duronto Express at 21:35 hrs.

2 Day 2: Arrival in Ahmedabad

Reach Ahmedabad at 06:25 hrs. Leave for LRK. En route Breakfast and Lunch at a resort. Orientation and evening safari. Stay at the resort.

3 Day 3: Morning and evening safaris. Stay at LRK.

Morning & Evening Jeep safaris and Indoor Sessions. Stay at the resort in LRK.

4 Day 4- Morning safari and departure for Pune

Morning Jeep safari for bird watching. Lunch and depart for Ahmedabad. Depart for Pune by 12297/Ahmedabad - Pune AC Duronto Express at 22:30 hrs.

5 Day 5: Arrival in Pune

 Arrival in Pune at 07:10 hrs.
