• Respect wildlife, natural habitats, and fellow participants at all times.

We reserve the right to deny participation or remove any individual from a tour or activity if their conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or detrimental to the group, wildlife, or environment.

4. Payment Policies

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial advance payment as specified for each program.
• Payments may be made online via secure payment gateways, debit/credit cards, UPI, or other authorized methods.
• Full payment must be received before commencement of the booked activity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any additional costs (such as permits, entry fees, or personal expenses) not included in the package must be borne by the participant.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Cancellation policies vary by program and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the specific policy for that program.
• InSearch Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participation, pandemic or government restrictions. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternate date, credit note, or partial refund, depending on circumstances.

6. Risks & Limitation of Liability

Participation in wildlife, adventure and travel activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, illness, natural hazards, and unforeseen travel disruptions. By registering for our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising during participation in our tours or programs.
• Travel delays, cancellations, or changes due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics).
• Any third-party services (transport, accommodation, guides, etc.) not directly operated by us.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel insurance before joining any program.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may contain links to external websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites. Users are encouraged to read the terms and policies of third-party providers before engaging with them.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
